- You are required to submit your personal information: It is mandatory to send the personal details of each guest before the check-in date in order to send the "Traveler Information Forms" as stipulated in Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26, which establishes the registration obligations for accommodations under tourism regulations. Otherwise, check-in cannot be completed, and the accommodation reserves the right to cancel the reservation without a full refund.
- In case of lost keys, the guest will be responsible for the cost of making a copy or managing the travel arrangements to resolve access to the apartment, totaling €50.
- Damage to the accommodation during your stay (due to intentional misconduct or negligence): A minimum charge of the invoice (including VAT) for replacement may be requested after check-out. Serious damages will be handled through an agreement or legal action.
- The host may request identification from guests to verify the reservation
and the number of guests. Guests must present a valid form of identification. If they refuse or lack official documentation, the authorities (Tourism and Police) and rental platforms (Booking & Airbnb) will be notified for their information and identification verification. If the identification is incorrect and the guest refuses to vacate the accommodation, legal action will be taken, and the guest will be liable for all legal costs, damages, and losses incurred by both the host and subsequent bookings, for which appropriate compensation will be sought.
