The Apartment:
- Independent ground floor apartment with direct street access and alleyways on both sides, providing ample ventilation and natural light.
- One bedroom with an extra-large double bed.
- Separate living/dining room with a sofa bed, making it ideal for three adults or a couple with two children.
- Fully equipped and well-lit kitchen.
- New bathroom with a large walk-in shower and double vanity with a large LED mirror.
- Air conditioning with heat pump.
Note: Our apartment does NOT have a gas supply; everything is electric, including the water heater and induction cooktop. For your safety and that of your family, it is equipped with a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, and fire alarm.

- It has everything you might need (coffee maker, blender, microwave, electric stove with oven, etc.).
- A crib (upon request) and a highchair are available for your baby.
- A table, chairs, and a large parasol are provided for enjoying the fresh air right outside your apartment.
- Two chairs, a parasol, and beach mats are also included.

- Nearby shops offer fresh fruit, meat, fish, and seafood from the Bay of Malaga.
- Bus and taxi stops are conveniently located nearby, making it easy to reach the city center or airport in under 10 minutes.
- The beach is less than 50 meters away, and there's a wide promenade perfect for strolling or finding a restaurant or café/pub to relax and enjoy the sea views.
- Work Area: If you wish to take a course or attend a conference, a desk and chair are provided, ideal for working comfortably. You'll also have access to 5G Wi-Fi (1Gbps fiber optic) to stay connected with family or colleagues.

What amenities and services will I find in the apartment?
- Sheets and blankets are provided, along with extra linens for the main bed and sofa bed.
- Towels and a bathrobe are provided for the bathroom, along with a brand-new sponge and shower gel, a hairdryer, etc.
- A table with a chair and a parasol with a stand are available for enjoying the outdoors (next to your apartment door).
- A parasol, two chairs, and beach mats are also provided.
- A high chair and cot are available upon request for babies (with sheets and blankets, plus an extra set of linens).
- The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils, cookware, and appliances. You will find everything you need to start cooking (oil, salt, spices, a bottle of mineral water, milk, coffee, etc.).
- Free 5G Wi-Fi (test performed - average: 558 Mbps guaranteed), air conditioning, and a ceiling fan in the bedroom.
- Everything is electric; for safety reasons, we have opted to avoid gas. Therefore, for your safety and that of your family, there is a fire alarm, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit.

How far is the apartment from the main places and services?
- Beach: less than a 5-minute walk.
- Taxi and bus stop: 3–5 minutes walk.
- Malaga city center: approximately 15 minutes by car or 25–30 minutes by public transport, or a pleasant 40-minute walk along the seafront promenade, enjoying views of Malaga Bay at sunset or in the morning.
- Local bars and restaurants: 2–5 minutes walk. The entire seafront promenade is lined with a wide variety of services and leisure options (bars, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, pubs, etc.).
- Supermarket/grocery store: 3-minute walk.
- Nearest rubbish bin: less than a 2-minute walk down the street.

Is there parking available near the apartment?
Yes, you can park in the free street parking areas, although finding a space can be difficult during peak season.
Recommendation for leaving your luggage:
- The best nearby option: Calle Bolivia 184, right next to the entrance of Casita La Playa (Calle Jábega 36).
- Unload your luggage there at your leisure before looking for permanent parking.

Can I check in before or check out after the set time?
Early Check-in:
- If you arrive before the standard check-in time, please let us know in advance.
- Between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM, the apartment may be being cleaned and prepared.
- You can leave your luggage and receive a copy of the key while the apartment is being prepared.
- Once ready, no later than 3:00 PM, you will receive a message confirming that you can check in.
Late Check-out:
- Please check the day before if there are any last-minute bookings.
- If your check-out time is affected by another booking, you will need to adjust to the standard check-out time of 11:00 AM.
NOTE: This ensures that the apartment can be properly prepared for the next guests.
